May Days

J is all finished with preschool. On the last day, there was a cute, music program. I love hearing 4/5yr. olds sing! The kids each received a special certificate. Then, there was the all important matter of eating homemade cookies & punch directly after the program.

My youngest is now a kindergartner! It was bittersweet to realize that we are now finished with the pre-K days, at our house. I absolutely loved the boys' preschool! It had a small, cozy feel to it, caring teachers with excellent classroom management skills, a top-notch director, and an environment that embraced Jesus. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to Miss Julie, Miss Ginger (L's teacher), & Miss Patti (J's teacher) for a wonderful pre-K experience.

Mother's Day was lovely.  My boys sure know how to treat their mama.  Yellow mums, sweet cards, church, lunch & ice cream with Chad's parents, phone call with my mom, riding in go-karts & playing mini golf...what a day!  Blessed!

Even though it's only May, L has already started on his Christmas List.  Two front teeth, please.  :)

Next week:  Last week of school!  Already!  We're looking forward to summer days ahead!
