Umm...Spring Break Has Been Over For Awhile

Well, let's see.  Spring Break ended several weeks ago, and I guess I've neglected to post since then.  Sorry 'bout that.  I'm going to spend the next few posts quickly updating our lives, since Spring Break. I also have a few events to include from ahead of Spring Break.  Hmm...maybe I shouldn't make blogging my full-time job anytime soon.  Ha!

All the way back in February (yes, February), L had his 2nd grade music program.  His class sang a song about riding on a bus.  Later, he shared a speaking part with a couple of other boys, from his class.  He did a great job & never seemed to exhibit stage fright.  In fact, he just told us that there is a talent show coming up at the end of this school year.  He said, and I quote, "I don't want to do anything tiny; I want to do something big!"  Oh.my.  When asked if this was in front of the whole school, he said he thought it was just part of music class.  Whenever & whatever, Chad & I just asked that he run the script for his play by us, before he took it to school.  ;) 

After the program, we went out for ice cream with Chad's parents!  I wish I could remember what
the boys said to make their grandma laugh.  Love the photo, though.  Our boys have the BEST grandparents.
