End of School Activities

The end of school brings a flurry of fun activities!  A music program, field day, class parties, and sporting events have provided lots of smiles.  The 24th is the final day of school! 

Kindergarten Program

The program was during the day. 
L was excused from his class, so that he could attend.
Grandma even took a little break in her work day, to see the program.

The fellas left VERY early one Saturday morning, to go turkey hunting.

Baseball practices for both boys & J's baseball games are in full swing.

J's class party:  A Cookout
Food:  grilled hot dogs, chips, cookies, smoothies, & water
Games:  Duck, Duck Goose & a game with balloons.

The balloon game was going to be a relay, but turned into
kids just playing with balloons.  It worked.  :) 

L's class party:  Beach Theme
Food:  Fruit kabobs, beach cupcakes, cheese cubes & root beer floats
Games:  Limbo, Summer Bingo, Dance Contest to beach music

Little brothers who only have half day kindergarten
often get to enjoy the bounty at the big kids' party.  ;)

My June Cleaver addition to the spread of food.  The kids really loved them!

L's soccer tournament.  The boys had their hair painted.
